Hi, I’m Ollie, and I am excited to be a part of your journey of exploration, discovery, growth, and hope. I identify as a bisexual, nonbinary, white, able-bodied person. In my free time, you can find me drawing, listening to music, gaming, and cuddling with my cat.
I specialize in a person centered and trauma-informed approach to counseling; Seeing you as the expert of your experiences with your own story to tell.
Utilizing this approach, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey towards healing. I aim to provide a space that is welcoming, affirming, exploratory, and safe for all clients to express themselves. While sharing your story, we will dive into your personal values, motivations, and goals. I enjoy incorporating creative interventions and play during session to provide other avenues of expression outside of verbal communication, as sharing experiences and feelings can sometimes be difficult with just words alone. Together, we will create a space that is empathetic and non-judgmental, that highlights your strengths and works towards your goals
