Insurance Billing Support

To better support our clients using insurance, we partner with Twin Oaks Billing for all insurance claims and related inquiries. Twin Oaks Billing can assist with questions about both in-network and out-of-network insurance plans but does not handle private pay matters. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a voicemail, and they will respond within 1-2 business days.

In certain cases, Twin Oaks Billing may need to coordinate with Rebel Heart Therapy's administrative staff to clarify or investigate more complex issues. We are committed to addressing these inquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have a billing concern that has not been resolved within 10 business days, please complete the appropriate form below to escalate your request. If your concern is less than 10 business days old, we kindly ask that you wait to fill out the form, which helps us prioritize responses effectively.

For Out-of-Network and Private Pay

Intake Sessions

60-minute Intake appointment to review the Informed Consent and Client History Form, identify goals for therapeutic work, and assess fit for both the client and the clinician.

Individual Sessions

53-minute one-on-one sessions with a clinician to discuss personal feelings, thoughts, and challenges. The aim is to help you gain insight, find solutions, and improve your well-being.

Relational Sessions

53-minute sessions to improve your relationships, whether with a partner, family member, or friend. It focuses on communication, understanding, and building healthier connections.

Group Therapy

90-minute sessions where a small group meets with a clinician to share experiences, learn from each other, and find new ways to cope.

Associate Private Pay Discount: $90 discount (excluding group therapy). Clients must sign an Insurance Waiver Form, agreeing not to submit these specified dates of service to insurance for coverage. To find out if you qualify for the discount and to complete the form, please call us at 971-350-1122.

Sliding Scale: Rebel Heart Therapy has a limited number of sliding scale spots. The Billing Department uses the Financial Hardship Application to maintain consistency in establishing criteria for waiving or reducing fees, co-insurance, or deductibles in cases of uninsured or indigent patients. All applicants must complete this application for consideration of Financial Hardship concessions.

Rebel Heart Therapy is in-network with:

  • Kaiser Northwest

  • HealthShare of Oregon (also referred to as CareOregon)

    • Our Billing Department is working hard to increase our CareOregon coverage to include in-network services for other subsets of the Oregon Health Plan (OHP)

We will check your benefits to determine if we are in-network with your insurance company and update this list as additions to the in-network list are made.

We DO NOT take Moda or United Healthcare insurance for in-network or out-of-network. Clients of Rebel Heart Therapy with any of these will need to sign an insurance waiver form, which is available on the client portal.
