Rebel Heart is a queer-staffed, identity-forward therapy practice in Portland, Oregon. Our clinical and administrative teams hold some combination of LGBTQIA+, trans, poly, and kink identities. You deserve a therapy space that doesn’t need a glossary.

We say gay loud and proud. We talk about kink, negotiation, and consent like the therapy skills they are. We understand the beautiful chaos of polycule calendar sharing. If you’ve ever spent a session educating your therapist, that ends here.

We are in-network with Kaiser Northwest, and we’ll be in-network with Moda starting August 1, 2026. We can also submit out-of-network claims for many other insurance plans.
