Hi, my name is Lida. I am reflective and directive in sessions, working best with individuals who seek to be challenged, appreciate nuance, and are eager to uncover deeper truths. I bring humor and irreverence to any topic, often building a strong rapport with my clients. Passionate about learning and knowledge sharing, I am always happy to provide resources such as books, podcasts, worksheets, and activities.
Our work together will be guided by curiosity and respect for your lived experience and burgeoning identity. We will explore ideas from every angle to uncover paths that may have previously been blocked. The therapeutic relationship is one of collaboration, so your feedback is crucial to me in ensuring the work is tailored to your needs and goals.
I have extensive experience working with children and immigrants through organizations like the International Rescue Committee, Lifeline Center for Child Development, and the Safe Mothers Safe Children project at the McSilver Institute for Poverty and Policy Research. These opportunities have given me a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of diverse experiences. I bring this expertise to our sessions, ensuring a compassionate, informed approach to help you navigate your unique challenges and achieve your therapy goals.
I am passionate about supporting artists and entertainment industry professionals. Having freelanced myself, I understand the unique stressors of financial instability, demanding schedules, and the impact of transient work on personal relationships.
Let’s work together to help you achieve your therapy goals.
