Empowerment and Collaboration
Everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their inner experiences and develop the flexibility and fortitude needed to handle life's challenges. My therapeutic approach centers on collaborating with you to embrace your thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or feeling guilty about them; aligning your actions with your values and beliefs to create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
About me
Professional Counselor Associate #R8850
Outside my therapy practice, I enjoy crafting, reading, hiking, biking, tending to my houseplants, playing Magic the Gathering, and spending time with my dog.
Mind-Body Health
I believe in integrating all aspects of health into therapy, acknowledging the mind-body connection and overall well-being as foundational to mental health. I also recognize the ever-increasing challenges associated with living in a capitalist society that relies on the systematic marginalization of many to benefit few, including racism, homophobia, ableism, and mental health stigma.
